Vivek oversees Amazon Marketing Stream and Bulk Operations for Amazon Ads. He is responsible for helping customers, including agency partners, solution providers and brands, with their scaled marketing needs. He has 20+ years of experience working in tech, with majority of the last decade spent at Amazon across Ads, Prime and Audible. During these years, Vivek has envisioned multiple new products and has helped them scale to millions of customers. Vivek holds an MBA from Yale University and an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology. In his personal time, he likes to explore nature with his family.

Jason Del Rey is a veteran business journalist who spent a decade at Recode, a leading online technology publication, reporting on Amazon, Walmart, and how technology is transforming retail, both online and in stores. He is the host of Land of the Giants: The Rise of Amazon, a narrative podcast series about the tech giant’s rise and the impact of its relentless ambition on hundreds of millions of people across the globe. He was also the producer of Code Commerce, an event series featuring unscripted interviews with the most influential executives and entrepreneurs working at the intersection of technology and commerce. In 2019, the National Retail Federation named him one of the “25 People Shaping Retail’s Future.”

Frommer is a longtime business journalist and media entrepreneur: Previously he was the Editor in Chief of Recode, technology editor at Quartz, and helped create Business Insider. With almost 20 years of experience in the media and advertising industry, Diana joins Walmart most recently from Amazon Advertising where she served as the Head Strategic Solution Provider Partner Development. Prior to that, Diana held a variety of roles across product and sales at Microsoft focused on driving advertiser, partner, and business growth on Microsoft Ads across search and display.

Prior to Cartograph he worked at McKinsey helping consumer companies with growth and pricing, as well work in the education industry. A CA native and long time NYC resident, he’s now based in Austin. Abi Harmon is the Chief Executive Officer at Perpetua. As part of her role, Abi owns and represents the voice of our customers. Prior to Perpetua, Abi spent 6 years leading Flywheel Digital, and over a decade managing P&Ls within CPG and Retail, with a breadth of roles and responsibilities at Kimberly-Clark, the Target Headquarters, and at Amazon.

David Raymond

Michael Swilley has been with Amazon for 6.5 years and spent the last 5 years in Amazon Ads. Prior to Amazon, Michael led customer development teams at brands like Colgate-Palmolive, working with national retailers in the US.

Mili Patel

Mili Patel is the Senior Manager of product and engineering for Sponsored Brands with Amazon Ads, overseeing all video and image based brand shopping experiences, as well as the APIs which enable advertisers and partners to build them. Mili has been with Amazon for 6 years, overseeing an ML-based display ad program before moving on to lead product for Sponsored Brands. Prior to Amazon, Mili was the Director of product for American Express’ Bluebird and Serve mobile applications and APIs. Mili has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, and resides in NYC with her husband and daughter.

Isabelle Monticolombi

Isabelle Monticolombi joined Walmart Connect in January 2023 as a Senior Partner Development Manager focused on accelerating advertiser growth through API integrated partners. Prior to her time at Walmart, she worked in a similar capacity at Meta, DoorDash and Pinterest driving strategic integration initiatives to drive user growth.

Gloria Steiner

Director of Business Intelligence, Perpetua

Gloria Steiner is the Director of Business Intelligence at Perpetua. Steiner oversees the rapidly expanding data services department which includes Amazon Marketing Cloud Insights, Custom Reporting and Data Integrations.

Steiner began her career in the hospitality industry in Switzerland with a bachelor's degree in International Hospitality Management, and later decided that Ad Tech, SQL & Python were her true passions.  Thus, Gloria made the jump to Perpetua Labs in 2019, then a 15 person company. As their first Data Strategist, Steiner grew  into a data-loving Business Intelligence Lead by beginning this revenue generating department in 2021.

Outside of knowing all too much about Amazon Advertising, Gloria loves to be active and is hoping to achieve her first half Iron Man this year.

Zhi Hui Tai

As a product leader, Zhi is responsible for shaping a durable and compelling product that brings optimal results for customers. Prior to Perpetua, she was the Senior Director of Product an education technology company and has been working in product roles for the last 10+ years spanning B2B SaaS and B2C companies. She has a background in Applied Mathematics and is currently based in Toronto.

Cindy Li

As the Customer Success Enablement Manager at Perpetua, Cindy Li is focused on building infrastructures and processes to accelerate the capability of the Customer Success Team and enable Perpetua’s continued customer growth.

Cindy first joined Perpetua as a Data strategist on the Customer Success team, where she advised industry-leading agencies for advertising automation and optimization across retail media platforms. Her deep understanding of agencies’ needs, combined with strategic thinking, has helped agency partners drive tremendous value to their clients.

Prior to Perpetua, Cindy worked as a Consultant at KPMG’s advisory practice where she solved clients' toughest business challenges. A keen interest in tech and consumer behaviours developed during her MBA at the University of Toronto inspired Cindy to join Perpetua, the industry leader in adtech.

Linda Wan

Strategic Partner Manager, Perpetua

Linda is a Strategic Partner Manager at Perpetua. The world of e-commerce advertising is ever-changing. This means, the levers and tools used to support advertisers need to change with it. Linda builds relationships with agencies and brands at the forefront of this change to act as a liaison within Perpetua for product development. Since starting at Perpetua in early 2020, she has consulted thousands of companies, from Shark Tank start-ups to household brands. She is well-versed in advertising tactics on channels like Amazon, Walmart, DTC, and how it all comes together to propel and sustain long-term growth.

Matilda Lee

Matilda Lee, who has 5+ years of experience in retail media and eCommerce, joined Perpetua as a Data Strategist just over a year ago. With a keen eye for cultivating relationships with agency and brand partners, Matilda's expertise quickly evolved into identifying and implementing operational solutions that drive business success. She has since transitioned into the role of Enablement Operations Strategist, where she excels in optimizing and improving operational efficiency within Perpetua. Matilda's passion is centered on providing teams with the tools and resources needed to exceed in their role and achieve exceptional results.

Ellie Edwards

Ellie Edwards is a Product Designer with over 2 and a half years of experience at Perpetua, a leading eCommerce advertising optimization and intelligence software. In her current role, Ellie owns research and design for features across marketplaces including Walmart, Instacart, Amazon, and Amazon DSP. Prior to this, Ellie managed client and partner relations as an Ecommerce Associate at Perpetua, while supporting GTM strategy for key product launches including Perpetua’s self-serve ad optimization for Instacart and Target.

Ellie graduated from Rotman School of Business at the University of Toronto, and had previous internships in finance, audit, and tech including her role supporting e-commerce businesses as a Support Advisor at Shopify. Outside of work, Ellie enjoys spending time outdoors, running, hiking, and relaxing at her cottage during Canadian summers.

Joseph La Selva

Joseph La Selva is the VP of Sales at Perpetua and has been with the organization since 2019, helping thousands of the world’s smartest brands and agencies grow online by bringing them best in class performance tools, strategies and expertise. Prior to joining Perpetua, Joseph led National retail partnerships at Procter & Gamble for various Canadian retail chains, working on global household brands such as Gillette, Pampers, and Bounty. Following his career at P&G, Joseph joined ecobee, creator of the world's first ever wi-fi connected thermostat and a prominent portfolio company of Amazon's Alexa Fund. At ecobee, Joseph led brick & mortar and online marketplace channel development across North America.
